    with the object of bringing technical excellence and using it for the competitive advantage of this 40+ production site, European wide company, in the chilled, frozen, horticulture and ambient manufacturing sectors of the industry.
  • Provided strategic input into the board thinking to bring the companies profitability into line with city expectations.
  • Responsible for the technical and operational approval of all acquisitions and major capex proposals and decisions.
  • Organised a process for site improvement where independent audit showed marked progress in all sites throughout Europe.
  • Established a successful positive relationship with the technical directors of all Halewoods private label and food service customers.
